Terms of service

Short draft outline only. Have a lawyer prepare the final terms before you sell subscriptions. The German version is the legally binding one.

1. Scope

These terms apply to subscriptions to the Spend Management Tool by GM-Analytics for business customers.

2. Service

We provide access to the web application for the agreed number of users. Access is personal and may not be shared.

3. Access and validity

Access is checked before each file upload and can be limited in time or switched off, for example when the subscription ends.

Spend files are processed in the customer's browser. The customer is responsible for having the right to analyse the data.
