2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; the transfer relies on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics tools or external fonts.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter (name, company, email, message) to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The form is delivered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards it to our mailbox. We delete requests when they are no longer needed.

5. Demo booking

The booking page is operated by Cal.com. When you open it and book a slot, Cal.com processes your name, email and appointment details under its own privacy notice.

6. The Spend Management Tool

To sign in we process your email address and access status (active, valid until) with our provider Supabase. Before each file upload we check your access. The spend files you open are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
